Effective date: [6 October 2026]
These terms set out the agreement between your business and us when you use SalesPeep. We have tried to keep them clear and fair. Please read them carefully - by creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to them.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between SalesPeep (“SalesPeep”, “we” or “us”) and the business or organisation that registers for the service (“Customer” or “you”). If you accept these Terms on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Data Processing Agreement form part of these Terms. If you have signed a separate written agreement with us, that agreement takes priority where it conflicts with these Terms.
The Service is for business use only. To register, you must be at least 18 years old and old enough to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to give us true, accurate and complete information when you sign up, and to keep it up to date. We recommend that you and your team sign up with your company email addresses. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that account information is false or misleading, we may suspend or close the account.
New registrations are reviewed before a workspace is activated, which normally takes one to two business days. We may decline a registration, for example where details cannot be verified or the intended use breaks these Terms.
You are responsible for your workspace and everything that happens in it. That includes choosing who to invite, giving them the right roles and permissions, and making sure they follow these Terms. Please keep sign-in details secure and tell us straight away at info@salespeep.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.
SalesPeep includes tools for email outreach and sequences. With those tools comes a responsibility to use them properly. You and your Users must not:
If we reasonably believe the Service is being misused, we may suspend the affected Users or features. Where we can, we will contact you first.
You own your Customer Data. We do not claim any ownership of it. You give us permission to host, process and display Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service, and as described in our Data Processing Agreement.
You are responsible for the accuracy of Customer Data and for having the rights and permissions needed to collect it and use it in the Service, including any notices and consents required by privacy laws. You can export your Customer Data at any time while your workspace is active.
Content you share. Some features let you send or share content outside your workspace, such as emails, email templates and document share links. You are responsible for that content and for making sure you do not make private information public by mistake. If we receive a complaint that content shared through the Service is unlawful or infringes someone’s rights, we may block or remove it. To report a copyright infringement, email info@salespeep.com.
The Service connects with other products, such as Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Read.AI and WhatsApp. If you turn on an integration, you allow us to exchange data with that service on your behalf. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they work or for any changes they make that affect an integration.
AI features generate suggestions, drafts, summaries and reports automatically. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, so please review it before you rely on it or send it to anyone. You are responsible for how you use AI output. Use of AI features may be limited by your plan. Where you use your own AI provider key, that provider’s terms and charges also apply.
We own the Service, including its software, design, logos and documentation. Subject to these Terms and payment of the fees, we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right for your Users to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely, without any obligation to you.
We work hard to keep the Service available and reliable, and we aim for 99.9% uptime. Occasionally we need to carry out maintenance; where possible we will schedule it outside normal business hours and give notice for planned downtime. Support is available by email, and we aim to reply within one business day.
We keep improving SalesPeep, so features may change over time. We will not make changes that materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during your current billing period.
Messages from us. Using the Service includes receiving service announcements and administrative messages, such as security alerts, billing notices and important updates. You cannot opt out of these, but you can unsubscribe from our newsletter and marketing emails at any time.
You are responsible for your own internet access and for the devices and browsers you use to access the Service.
Each of us may receive confidential information from the other. We each agree to protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care, to use it only for the purposes of these Terms, and not to disclose it except to people who need to know it and are bound by similar duties, or where the law requires.
We promise to provide the Service with reasonable skill and care and in line with its documentation. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet every requirement you have.
To the extent the law allows:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to defend and compensate SalesPeep against third-party claims that arise from your Customer Data, or from you or your Users breaking these Terms or the law - for example, by sending unlawful marketing emails through the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which SalesPeep is registered. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it in good faith by talking to each other. If that does not work, the dispute will be settled by the courts that have jurisdiction under those laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we will tell account owners by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that date, the updated Terms will apply. If you do not agree to them, you can cancel before they take effect.
Questions about these Terms? We are happy to help.
