We keep cookies to a minimum. SalesPeep only uses the cookies it needs to sign you in, keep your session secure and protect our forms. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. They let the site remember things between page visits - for example, that you are signed in. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, work in much the same way. In this policy, we call all of them “cookies”.
All of the cookies we set are strictly necessary. Without them, you would not be able to sign in, stay signed in or send forms safely. Because they are essential to the service you have asked for, privacy laws do not require us to ask for your consent before setting them.
We do not currently use analytics, advertising or social media tracking cookies. If we ever decide to, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookie.
| Cookie | Purpose | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
salespeep_crm_session | Keeps your session working as you move between pages and keeps you signed in. | Expires after a period of inactivity |
XSRF-TOKEN | Security token that protects our forms from cross-site request forgery. | Expires with your session |
team_member_device | Links your signed-in session to the device you signed in on, so a stolen session cannot be used elsewhere. Only set after you sign in. | Expires with your session |
Inside the CRM, your browser’s local storage may also be used to remember display preferences, such as table layouts and filters. This information stays on your device and is not used to track you.
Our pages load fonts, icons and styling files from trusted content delivery networks, including Google Fonts, cdnjs and jsDelivr. These providers receive your IP address in order to deliver the files, but SalesPeep does not ask them to set cookies.
When you connect an integration such as Gmail, Microsoft Outlook or Read.AI, you are taken to that provider’s own sign-in page. Any cookies set there belong to that provider and are covered by its cookie policy, not ours.
You can view, block and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers explain how in their help pages:
Please note that because our cookies are strictly necessary, blocking them will stop you from signing in to SalesPeep and may prevent some forms from working.
If we change the cookies we use, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
If you have any questions about how we use cookies, email us at info@salespeep.com. You can find more about how we handle personal information in our Privacy Policy.
